Question Internet Explorer Compatibility Issues (when the Website and Expense Tracker look distorted)

1. Click on Tools, 2. Click on Compatibility View Settings, 3. Make sure all the boxes at the bottom are unchecked, 4. Click Close and close your Internet Explorer browser, 5. Go to the website again.

Question Who sees the data I enter on the website?

All the information you enter on the website is completely confidential. You may choose to allow your Coach to view your household budget and the information on your profile page. If you choose not to, your profile page will only be seen by you.

Question Who are the Coaches that are available to assist me?

The Coaches are employed by the agency you sign up under when you register. If you select “none” for agency, New Hampshire Housing will assign you a coach if one is available. Coaches may be contacted during business hours through the website’s message center email system.

Question Will I get a Certificate of Completion when I finish the training and can I use it to fulfill my Individual Development Account (IDA) training requirements?

Yes; there will be a certificate awarded after each training module after you score at least an 80% on the assessment for that module. There may also be other certificates issued to you by your coach for completing some of the lesson activities. Depending on the IDA program you are enrolled in, certificates can be used to fulfill training requirements.

Question What happens if I clear my cache/ temporary internet files?

If you clear your cache, you will lose the ability to use the menu system for lesson’s that you have already completed. If you click on the menu after clearing your cache for a lesson that you previously completed, you might not be able to hear any audio. To fix this, you will need to start at the beginning of that lesson and click the next button through each topic to load up all the audio files to be able to use the menu on the training.

Question Why am I not hearing any audio play for lesson's that I've completed?

If you have cleared your cache/temporary internet files or have logged into the website using a different computer, the menu within the training will cause the audio not to play. To fix this, simply start from the beginning of the lesson and click through each topic using the next button. Once that is complete, the menu for that island will work correctly.

Question How should my computer be set up to run this program?
